Mortgage Market CUSO

Mortgage Markets CUSO is a wholly owned subsidiary of Finex Credit Union and operates for the benefit of credit unions and credit union members throughout Connecticut.

In 2003 Finex Credit Union created Mortgage Markets CUSO to be a first mortgages source for not only their members, but for other credit union members as well. Too many credit unions were sending their members to banks – jeopardizing their relationships. Finex Credit Union’s Mortgage Markets CUSO is local, credit union-oriented and delivers the same high-quality service that credit unions are known for.
Mortgage Markets CUSO currently provides 20 plus credit unions with mortgage lending services. Those origination services include wholesale and retail originations.

Mortgage Market CUSO Products and Services

  • Traditional Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac 10-30 year loans
  • Home Ready and Home Possible home buyer products
  • Federal (FHA) and Connecticut (CHFA) Housing Finance products

Mortgage Markets CUSO retains servicing on all Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac loans – we have a seasoned staff that specializes in secondary market analysis.

Service continues to be a cornerstone of our business. In fact, members’ satisfaction ratings are a 6.5 on a scale of 1-7 with a 99% member recommended referral rate.
