Total Loss/Letter of Guarantee Request

To submit a title request please send an email to totalloss@finexcu.org with the information below:

  • Name of Insurance Company
  • Member Account Number, Loan Number, and/or Member Name
  • Vehicle Year, Make, Model, & VIN # (or minimum of last 6 digits)
  • Attachment of Market Valuation Report, Settlement Breakdown, and/or any other necessary documentation
  • Describe if any other information is needed for the total loss request (i.e. copy of title, 10-day payoff amount, etc.)
  • Provide Contact Information – Phone Number AND Email Address

Request Timeline

Requests will be processed in the order received permitting the above information is provided
