Title Request
To submit a title request please send an email to titles@finexcu.org with the information below:
- Name of Member, Dealer, and/or Insurance Company
- Member Account Number, Loan Number, and/or Member Name
- Vehicle Year, Make, Model, & VIN # (or minimum of last 6 digits)
- Describe the reason for title status request (i.e. loan paid off, need title for DMV registration, etc.)
- Provide Contact Information – Phone Number AND Email Address
Request Timeline
Requests will be processed in the order received within 30 days after the request is submitted, permitting all the above information is provided

A Finex CU representative will ONLY reach out to the contact phone number and/or email address if there are any questions or if additional information is needed
