  • Transactions with Finex, our affiliates or others – this includes account balances, payment history, parties to transactions and credit card usage

  • Consumer reporting agencies – this includes credit worthiness and credit history

What Finex Discloses

We may disclose all of the information we collect as described above to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. We may also disclose information about you under other circumstances as permitted by law.

Finex has established high standards for protecting member information from unauthorized access, alteration or destruction that comply with Federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information.

Finex employs and maintains network firewalls and other security features that are recognized as industry standards (e.g. Secure Socket Layers, password-protected logins, server logs, access control restrictions, etc.) in an effort to prevent disruption of service or loss, theft or alteration of sensitive information. We use reasonable commercial efforts to stay current with frequent changes in security requirements.

Finex restricts access to non-public information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.
